“If one does not know to which port one is sailing, no wind is favorable.”

Digital technologies improve our lives when used correctly – a belief I have upheld and worked toward since 1994. My journey includes roles at companies like Google, Bertelsmann, BBDO, and now Allianz Trade.
I specialize in developing digital business models using the Lean Startup method, executing successful data science projects and training programs, and providing guidance in change management. My passion lies with R, a programming language for statistical computing widely used in data analysis and data science.
To share my knowledge, I write articles and books, deliver lectures, and teach at various universities. Since 2005, I’ve been blogging about artificial intelligence, data and digitalization topics, as well as productivity and minimalism. In recent years, financial education has become an additional focus.
Through my mailing list, I share updates on my book projects and offer tips on data analysis.
