Lollipop Chart

A lollipop chart is a variation of a bar chart where each bar is reduced to a line with a circular dot at the end. This minimalist design emphasizes the data value itself while reducing visual clutter. It is best used for presentations or dashboards where simplicity and aesthetics are important.

One common use case is in employee performance evaluations, where each lollipop represents an individual and the length of the stick shows their score. Another example is customer satisfaction by department, with each lollipop making the comparison visually clean and easy to interpret. Although not as space-efficient as traditional bars, lollipop charts help draw attention to exact values and provide a modern look for reports.
